All prices are as current as possible at the time of printing. They are subject to change without prior notification. We do our best to minimize the number of price adjustments.

Privacy Policy

We respect, and are committed to protecting, your privacy.

Phone Orders

At VP we are trying to make ordering by phone simple and painless. Whenever possible, please use our (Volvo’s) part numbers. If you do not have the part number, our staff will be glad to find it for you.

Webshop orders

Once an order is placed in our webshop you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to the placed order. The webshop isn’t currently set up with a check out function so we will get in contact with you regarding shipping cost and payment.

Custom orders

We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit for custom orders, including but not limited to upholstery, wiring harnesses, fenders and other items usually not stocked. The deposit is 30% of item value.

Mail or Fax Orders

When ordering by mail, you may use our order form or make your own. Please include your name, daytime phone number, billing and shipping address (if different), e-mail address and payment method. Please also include make and model, as well as year model.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders or checks in advance. We can also arrange for order shipped C.O.D.

Sales tax

All South Carolina customers will be charged sales tax, which will be added to the order after it is placed.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your order within 3 business days. Shipping & handling fees are added after the order has been put together and ready to be shipped out. UPS Ground is our default shipping method. If you prefer any other method of shipping please advice when placing the order.


In the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. All backorders are shipped when our stock is replenished, but we will notify you prior to shipping. Backorders are billed to you when they are shipped and not before, unless you have instructed us otherwise.

Incomplete delivery

We must be contacted concerning any missing item within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged delivery

Keep your original box and packing. Report the damage to the freight carrier within 3 days of receipt and obtain a damage claim number. The carrier will in turn contact VP Autoparts, Inc. If you need our assistance during this process, please phone us at 843-760-0170.

Return Policy

30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!

1. Items purchased may be returned within thirty days of purchase for any reason

2. Items must be unused and in resale-able condition

3. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and return authorization

4. Custom orders are usually non-returnable.

5. A 10% - $10 minimum - restocking fee applies to all returns.

If an item needs to be returned, it must be done so within 30 days of the invoice date along with a copy of the original invoice. All new products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Liability to VP Autoparts, Inc. is limited to the replacement of the defective part. Returns may not be painted, stripped, used, cut or altered in any way and must be returned in the original package. Returns sent C.O.D or freight collect will not be accepted. No returns on special order or non stock items.

Force Majeure

No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.


This site and all contents of the site are provided on an "As Is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties of title. You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that VP Autoparts, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of the site.
