Last Thursday every month but in July and December our shop in Sweden is opened 18:00 - 21:00. This is a cooperation with the Swedish Amazon, PV and 140 clubs.

VP Autoparts in the USA is opened Mon - Fri 8AM - 4.30PM Eastern Time USA

During these hours you are also welcome to visit us.

The following information should be submitted at the time of order if possible and relevant:

Name, address and daytime telephone number. Volvo original number to each part, car model and year, interior code and preferred payment method. 

Orders with a total value of 300 SEK/40 USD or less are due to a handling fee of 50 SEK/4 USD. 

All parts supplied by VP Autoparts have a one year warranty. Custom made interiors and parts with customer damage are not refundable.

Merchandise returned to VP Autoparts are 100% refunded if new, unused and returned within 30 days after invoice date. Customer should be able to with invoice /cash note verify that the returned item(s) have been purchased from or VP Autoparts. All returns are due to a 50 SEK/6 USD handling fee, except when VP Autoparts are responsible for damage done.

VP Autoparts AB in Sweden accepts payment by VISA and MasterCard. Payment is made in advance or with cash upon delivery.

VP Autoparts inc in the USA accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard or personal check (se mailing info below).

If a final order is placed with an agreement of payment in advance we will pack the parts together and seal the box. Then we will inform about the total cost of the order. If changes are to be made after this point we will charge 150 SEK/20 USD due to additional packing and handling time/cost.

In case of incorrect payment a 100 SEK/13 USD charge will be added.
